Who would not like to live in a safe, prestigious, full of greenery and well-connected neighbourhood … This has been our assumption while creating the communication for Groen Konstancin - a unique housing estate in Konstancin-Jeziorna carried out by Ghelamco.
Upon preparing the communication strategy, developing the name and full visual identification of the investment, the next step has consisting in launching the Groenkonstancin.com website and the fan page of the investment in the social media. We have been responsible for preparing communication and sales materials (inter alia, ATL for regular OOH campaigns, press materials and BTL - from folders, through business cards and gadgets, to branding at the investment and in the sales office).
Direct marketing and performance campaigns have been playing an important role. Thanks to our effective actions we have acquired sales leads and built a recognisable brand image.
