Carlsberg is straight frøm Denmark. And in 2017, we threw this „probably” the most famous Danish beer brand "probably" the most humest birthday party.
On the occasion of Carlsberg’s 170-th anniversary, we carried out a number of communication activities. The goal of our jubilee actions was to emphasize the brand heritage and Danish origin, but, above all, to make the Carlsberg brand even more interesting as an antithesis of "corporate mediocrity".
In “Straight frøm of Denmark for 170 years” campaign, we talked about the origin of Carlsberg, about its history, and about the beer itself in honest, interesting and straight (key word), probably the straigthest possible, way. Our stories were filled with Denmark's national values, such as straightness, honesty and transparency. These 3 features of Danish culture are directly reflected in our brand communication in social media.
